About Takito

If you’re exploring Bogotá and want a spot that feels easygoing yet full of personality, let me introduce you to Takito Restaurant, a place that quietly wins you over the longer you stay. Located at Cra. 24 #39 22 in the heart of Bogotá, Takito is the kind of restaurant you recommend to friends without overthinking it, because it simply works for so many moments. Whether you’re popping in for a quick bite between plans or settling down to actually enjoy your food and conversation, the atmosphere feels relaxed, welcoming, and refreshingly unpretentious. I like how Takito balances convenience with quality, offering no-contact delivery, classic delivery, takeaway, and dine-in options, which makes it fit easily into real life rather than forcing a formal experience. The menu leans into crowd-pleasing offerings, so you can keep things simple or make it more social with alcohol, beer, or well-crafted cocktails that pair naturally with the food. It’s the kind of place where grabbing a quick bite doesn’t feel rushed, and dining in doesn’t feel overly staged. Takito also works well for different moods; one day it’s a casual stop for something satisfying, another day it’s a laid-back hangout where drinks and conversation stretch longer than planned. The restaurant vibe stays consistent throughout, friendly without being loud, comfortable without being boring, and confident without trying too hard. From the location to the service style, everything feels designed to make guests feel at ease, which is honestly what keeps people coming back. Takito doesn’t rely on hype or complicated concepts, instead it focuses on being dependable, accessible, and enjoyable, making it a solid choice whether you’re new to the area or already know Bogotá well and just want a place that feels familiar yet still worth talking about.

I went there for their 3 for 2 taco Tuesday deal on their old menu, but they no longer had it. I've noticed they lowered the prices of tacos, though. I had a burrito for 17.8k, which included totopos and a jamaica or tamarindo. I had a jamaica, it tasted homemade, unsweetened, garnished with a lime slice and a dried hibiscus. A nice touch, and it tasted good. It also came with 3 salsas: green, red and spicy mayo. This was my first time at a Mexican restaurant in Colombia, but I preferred pico de gallo instead of spicy mayo. The red wasn't spicy at all, so I added my hot sauce that I brought with me. The burrito didn't have cheap ingredients like rice and beans, but it had fried cheese and lettuce, in addition to al pastor. It was fine, but it dripped a lot of oil from the other end while eating. Being in Mexico a couple of months ago, I don't know if I could say I liked it besides jamaica, but the prices were the strength of this place. A voluntary 10% service was added to the bill.

Authentic Mexican food! Great atmosphere and a good selection of different Tacos: Al Pastor, Birria, Cochinita pibil, Res asada, chicharron, and many more. The Margaritas are amazing! Definitely a must try! They also have special non alcohol drinks like the Watermelon and Ginger Soda. Both very good. It's located in the Park Way - a very nice location in Bogotá. 100% recommended!

The burritos were good, delicious and fresh. The aguas frescas were very tasty. I'd like to try the tacos and the daily menu which looks good as well. We tried the daily Menu and it was very tasty. However, if you have a good appetite you could end up little hungry since the portion is not very big.
